Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 17, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before automating your business communications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting a WhatsApp channel, or accessing the services provided at veloreply.app ("VeloReply"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of SaaS Platform
VeloReply operates an automated, multi-tenant conversational AI SaaS platform. Our system allows business administrators to connect their WhatsApp numbers via secure API instances, train specialized Large Language Model (LLM) prompts utilizing uploaded business documentation (PDF, DOCX, TXT), manage real-time synchronized chat inboxes, and configure manual human takeover overlays.
3. Registration & Workspace Security
To access our services, you must register a VeloReply business workspace. You represent that all provided information is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activities that occur under your tenant profile.
4. Connected Channels & API Usage
VeloReply facilitates automated communication by interfacing with WhatsApp business numbers via external containerized API gateways. You acknowledge that (A) You possess full authorized rights to connect and automate the designated phone number, (B) Your automation workflows conform fully with Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business Terms, and (C) VeloReply is not liable for instances, profile blocks, or suspension actions initiated by WhatsApp.
5. Document Training & Automated Replies
Business owners retain full intellectual ownership of all uploaded training documents. By uploading documentation to our vector databases, you grant VeloReply a strictly limited, non-exclusive license to process, parse, and generate AI embeddings solely for servicing your automated WhatsApp replies. We enforce absolute database isolation so your models remain private.
6. Fees, Plans, & Manual Activation
VeloReply offers Starter, Growth, and custom Enterprise subscription tiers. While pricing and features are explicitly outlined on our pricing cards, all manual plan upgrades, credit balances, and administrative extensions are authorized and managed directly through our sales dashboard. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeloReply and its developer Hydrafox Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of business profits, customer data corruption, message failures, system downtime, or service disruptions.
8. Governing Law & Disagreement
These Terms of Service and any associated legal claims, disputes, or administrative procedures shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with local corporate legal guidelines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Contact and Administration
All administrative questions, legal notices, and service inquiries under these Terms must be addressed to our teams at support@veloreply.app or sales@veloreply.app. Official account operational notifications, verification links, and reset prompts are sent only from noreply@veloreply.app.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide a minimum of 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by displaying a system alert in the tenant administration panel.
